In greeting to the World Environment Day, the Center for Marine Research, the Environmental Network of the University of Havana, the University Extension Office and the Higher Institute of Design, inaugurated the Echoes and Looks Exhibition of the same name contest previously convened.

The call was open to students, professors from the University of Havana. The works to be presented should reflect the preservation and environmental sustainability, and are exhibited in the L Gallery of the Rubén Martínez Villena Building of the U.H.

Among the winners in this contest, there are two young researchers from CIM-UH: Christian Guzmán Casola (1st Prize theme Biodiversity) and Amanda Ramos (3rd prize in the room).

As a bonus, the works awarded in the contest, these will be included in the book that coordinates the Environment Network entitled: The environment, a look from the University of Havana.
